July 18, 1912 - Thursday
18 Nothing much didding so far. Don's got to let me read his Stock Exchange!! Somehow I'm rather glad he's not "mushy" to me. At least, I may not be glad but I respect him more. Stayed at Mahoney's and saw Don. He had a friend who was coming but he phoned to him not to and stayed with us. Don and I tried to get Dan's letter to Clara but failed. Don took me home. It was raining pitchforks.
